and regulations, stating that more needs to be done to prevent climate change.  

Kristen Debler, United Native Americans, addressed the Board regarding poor air quality in the Bay
Area, and to request a cap on emissions to protect regional public health.

Air pollution is now the world’s largest single environmental health risk. Reducing air pollution could save millions of lives.
